School Head Lice Policies Changing. . . .

My daughter had lice and we used Rid several times before deciding to get them professionally removed and I’m so glad we did! Billie was amazing! She was very thorough and even agreed to check my hair without an appointment. Billie is also very knowledgeable and informed us about their life cycle, myths, deterrents, and ways to alleviate the itch. However, my daughter stopped itching almost immediately after seeing Billie. The Lice Place also does a free follow up check 5-10 days after the initial visit, which is an added relief/benefit. If my daughter gets lice again, we will definitely bypass the Rid and go straight to Billie!

I want to give a shout out to Nissa at The Lice Place. I found out that my 2 kids were exposed to lice from a friend. I called them immediately to see if we could get in to be checked. They were about to close but Nissa said that she would stay late to check them. When we arrived she took us back and checked not only my two kids but also my husband and I. My daughter did in fact have lice. She ended up treating her for it and made the process very smooth and painless. Nissa was also super sweet and gave my two kids goldfish while we waited since it was super late and my kids hadn’t eaten dinner. She was very professional, knowledgable, friendly and well mannered. I will definitely recommended this place to family and friends in the future if needed. Thank you again!
